• Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)
• Web, Mobile, API, and Network Security Testing
• Cloud Security Solutions
• Compliance Auditing and Consulting
• AI Development and Integration
• Cybersecurity Consulting and Advisory Services
• Security Training and Awareness Programs

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Respect intellectual property rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and methodologies, are owned by TestUnity or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Reports, findings, and deliverables created specifically for you remain your property, but our methodologies, tools, and processes remain our intellectual property.

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. We expect you to treat our methodologies, tools, and proprietary information as confidential.

Detailed confidentiality obligations are typically outlined in separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) or service agreements.

• Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice
• All fees are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• Refunds are subject to the terms of your service agreement

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TESTUNITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. However, our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any other warranties, express or implied.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all vulnerabilities will be discovered. Cybersecurity is an evolving field, and no security assessment can guarantee complete protection against all threats.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules.
